Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked with the product you purchase.
All full-priced items can be returned for an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We can exchange the size if it is available, or alternatively issue credit to you to allow you to purchase at another time within 6 months of your original purchase.
Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.
We do not offer credits for change of mind.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 14 days of receiving your delivery. If exchanging, please ensure you provide a postage paid parcel so we can return the item to you.
The items must:
- be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
- no make up or other marks on the fabric
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Panamuna staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.
Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’), washed or altered will not be accepted – this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing.
We will process your CREDIT or EXCHANGE and contact you by email within 4 business days of receiving the item.
Please note: If requesting a credit note, the cost of Shipping will be deducted from your CREDIT at a cost of standard shipping ($8.95 Australia-wide, International is dependent on location).
Before returning an item, please contact us via email at email@example.com, providing your name, order number and the item/s you wish to return.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your garment has a fault.
